The best time to gain a customer’s trust and confidence is when eyes meet, hands shake and ideas are exchanged in both directions. Sales presentations are the launch pad for customer relationships. The best presentations are those that encourage positive customer action due to the sales person’s well-constructed and well-delivered message. And always decide, before you deliver a sales presentation, how you'll react if your prospect says, “No thanks.”
