You'll have to visit www.SoftwareSalesJobs.com and create a profile to find out more, but here are only a few of the companies seeking software sales, pre-sales, and sales management professionals across North America on SoftwareSalesJobs:
If you are involved in selling an enterprise software solution, you already know the importance of understanding the inner workings of the various departments within the prospective customer’s company. Your software might be purchased by Information Technology Department and used by Accounting and Human Resources. It might be selected by Engineering (with the IT Department’s help) and used by Manufacturing. Or it could be selected by Finance and bought by the IT Department. Almost every enterprise software purchase decision requires multiple departments to become involved. Therefore, it’s critical to map out the interrelationships of the departments within an organization.

Great salespeople have fear. The difference is that the best are fearful of not being the best, or not winning. Struggling salespeople are fearful of losing. The real question is not “Are you fearless?” The real question is, “How are you going to use your fears to make you better?”
Finding the right sales professionals to work for us has always been and will always be one of the biggest challenges of managers and business owners. Some of the changes that have occurred since Gen-exers and the early Gen-yers joined the workforce have complicated things even further and the selection game (and the retention one) is now full of new rules. The good news is that if the task is now more complicated, the solution is incredibly simple. It’s called ‘Planning.’ Talented sales professionals don’t just fall into our hands. We need to have a solid recruitment and selection strategy. What follow are some of the key steps and activities that we can plan for to ensure we hire and keep the best.
