About:

Vision: Adams and Associates specializes in helping corporations improve their profits by enhancing the strategic and consultative selling skills of their sales representatives.

Founded: 2001

Management Team:

Daniel Adams is definitely a 'Superstar' in the sales training arena. Our Founder is a highly sought after trainer, keynote speaker, author and consultant in the field of sales and marketing. Having honed his sales skills selling multimillion dollar solutions for Fortune 500 and high technology companies over the past 20 years, Dan founded a profitable sales consulting company.

Dan's success is directly correlated to the creation of successful marketing business models. His unique theories originated from a command of technology along with extensive experience in enterprise software and medical technology. While in the sales 'trenches', Dan excelled in major account sales and marketing positions with GE Healthcare, Cisco Systems, and Ariba, Inc., among others. Dan developed a refreshingly consultative, direct, and strategic approach to coaching sales teams.

Approach in Sales Management, Sales Training Programs
Attendees of his programs will attest that Dan's approach is unique because he shares the secrets necessary to become a true sales superstar by offering specific, pragmatic and definitive methods and processes. Employing his sales methodology, Dan earned record-setting nominations for GE's Sigma Society and Sigma Board in recognition of outstanding achievement. Additionally, GE utilized Dan's skillset and personality profile as a model for new hires.

Dan has also assisted in the development of marketing and sales training programs for smaller enterprising companies such as Noteworthy and NetSteps. These accomplishments are directly attributable to Dan's development and implementation of Trust Triangle Selling™. principles.

Motivated by a vision to improve sales training methodology, Dan left the sales and marketing ranks to found Adams and Associates. Dan has been in great demand as a speaker and consultant. He has been a keynote speaker at such institutions as Northwestern Graduate School of Business in Chicago, Loyola University, NAPM (National Association of Purchasing Managers), and several CIO conferences.

Businesses Tap Dan for Sales Training Seminars
Companies such as General Electric have tapped Dan to conduct sales training seminars for a broad range of sales divisions. Dan has also consulted with General Electric and others on the development of internal training programs for sales representatives and managers alike. Now operating his business from Chicago IL, Milwaukee WI, and Naples FL, Dan has traveled nationally and internationally to share techniques from his Trust Triangle Selling™ program.

Dan holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
